Salary
£35,000 – 50,000
Inclusive of an event day allowance of 8 weekends (maximum of 16 days).
TOIL is also provided on top of every weekend day worked.
ELEV8 Office

The Role
We are looking for a producer to join the ELEV8 team to support on one of our key clients’ accounts to produce their sports presentation, production, and entertainment requirements. In this role, you will lead client communication, manage on-site teams, oversee suppliers, and manage production. Part of this role, includes a substantial amount of travel across the year and expectation to be at every event.
This role will support & lead on other client accounts, business operations, and new client opportunities where workload allows. This role will be integral to the company’s growth. ELEV8 is passionate about developing and growing the team and will invest in training & development to ensure continuous professional development both individually and as a team.
General
- Manage large-scale complex events and projects or a project area and lead on the end-to-end delivery, ensuring all logistical, production and operational plans are in place.
- Accountable for the quality of delivery, leading teams and demonstrating a proactive approach.
- Undertake any other duties within the scope of your knowledge and skills as required.
Client Management
- Ability to flex and adapt to the client’s style & needs on how they want to work.
- Establish sign-off procedures and deadlines with the client to ensure clear and effective feedback whilst taking overall accountability for project timelines and plans, ensuring the project is on track to be delivered on time and within budget and offering value to our clients.
- Assist the Executive Producer and the senior leadership team in maintaining the client and agency relationship and successfully retaining projects.
- Assist with understanding the client’s objectives, translating them into successful outputs that deliver results.
Budget Management
- Manage and book suppliers and delivery partners. Take ownership of relationships, liaise throughout the process, negotiate costs, and ensure value for money and efficiency.
- Support the Executive Producer with project forecasting.
- Ongoing budget tracking, evaluating costs, addressing issues, and ensuring profitability.
Team & Supplier Management
- Support the leadership team in managing project teams, taking responsibility for leading meetings, delegating individual tasks, and updating the status tracker. Ensure project priorities are communicated, and the team delivers projects of the highest standard.
- Procure and manage suppliers for the project and ensure they deliver to scope and budget.
- Live event management and coordination of teams onsite, including producing detailed staffing plans and delegating responsibilities.
- Foster a respectful and collaborative approach across the team, from suppliers to freelancers and ensure staff welfare is proactively managed.
- Effectively escalate any issues to the leadership team and actively offer solutions to any problems.
- Coordinate third-party deliverables, including supplier contract negotiations.
New Business Development & Creative
- Assist the design and creative team with the pitching process.
- Collaborate with the team to develop creative ideas, build mood boards, produce working decks, and ensure the innovative concepts presented meet client objectives.
